Navigating the purchase process in Egypt can be simple with the right guidance. Here is your comprehensive roadmap to owning a piece of Soulferyo, tailored for international and domestic investors.
Reservation & Unit Selection
Select your preferred unit type (1, 2, or 3 bedroom). To take the unit off the market, a reservation fee (typically refundable for a short period) is required. This locks the price and the unit in your name.

Contracting (SPA)
Within 1-2 weeks, the Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) is drafted. You will pay the 5% Down Payment at this stage. HRG Real Estate assists with contract review to ensure all terms match the offer. The contract is bilingual (Arabic & English).
- Contract sent via courier for overseas buyers
- Bank transfer (SWIFT) or Cheques accepted
Installments & Delivery
Payments are made quarterly over 8 years. Upon project completion (approx. 3 years), you pay the maintenance fee (8%) and receive the keys during the official handover process.
Registration & Title Deed
Once the unit is fully paid, HRG Real Estate assists with the "Signature Validity" (Sahat Towkia) court process and final registration to secure your legal title.
